After delaying their comeback to work on marketing for their international release, SNSD has announced that they have signed with Universal Music Group under Interscope Records for their overseas work. The girls are now label mates with artists such as Eminem, Lady Gaga, One Republic and more.
The girls also revealed their comeback schedule. Their comeback album "The Boys" will be released on October 19th on iTunes and physically in Korea. The music video will be released on the same day.
After their album is released, the girls will have their first live performance on KBS's "Music Bank" on October 21st.
Finally, a physical version of the single will be released internationally sometime in November through Universal Music Group.
