AKB48 22nd Single Will Be Theme Song For "Hana Kimi 2011"
After revealing the boy cast for the reboot of Hanazakari no Kimitachi e, it was announced just a few days ago that the theme song will be provided by AKB48!
The new Hana Kimi will be starring Maeda Atsuko of AKB48. Additionally, she received first place in AKB48's 3rd Senbatsu Election making her the most popular among the girls. The title to the 22nd single is yet to be known but it will be released on August 24, 2011. The members that will be included in this song will be the senbatsu: Maeda Atsuko, Oshima Yuko, Kashiwagi Yuki, Shinoda Mariko, Watanabe Mayu,Kojima Haruna, Takahashi Minami, Itano Tomomi, Sashihara Rino, Matsui Rena, Miyazawa Sae, Takajo Aki, Kitahara Rie, Matsui Jurina, Minegishi Minami, Kasai Tomomi, Akimoto Sayaka, Sato Amina, Yokoyama Yui, Masuda Yuka, and Kuramochi Asuka.

Net Movie Kamen Rider OOO ALL STARS: 21 Leading Actors and Core Medals!
After the huge success Kamen Rider W’s net movies made, Toei set up a new tradition. Kamen Rider’s new tradition with having net movies with every movie is hitting Kamen Rider OOO’s summer movie as well!
It’s title is “Net Movie Kamen Rider OOO ALL STARS: 21 Leading Actors and Core Medals!"
The 21 episodes will be released between July 8 to November 30, 2011, with plans of making 1 special episode to be released at a later date. Each episode will cost 157 yen.

Gackt to Play Sket Dance Singer Modeled After Himself
Performs his 1st character song as Dante, vocalist in anime's visual-kei band JardiN
This year's 28th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is announcing on Monday that singer Gackt will guest-star on the Sket Dance television anime series — as a singer modeled after himself. He is also performing his first character song, or a song performed under the persona of a fictional character, in the "Kaimei Rock Festival" storyline.
Gackt will play Dante, the vocalist of a high school visual-kei band named JardiN. Gackt himself was the former vocalist of a visual-kei band named Malice Mizer, and original manga creator Kenta Shinohara openly acknowledged that he modeled the popular character Dante in Gackt's image. Gackt will perform the song "Iki Toshi Ikeru Subete ni Tsugu" as Dante. Ryo (Black Rock Shooter, Guilty Crown) composed the song with lyrics by Seiko Fujibayashi (Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece).
The anime premiered in April. In the story, Yūsuke "Bossun" Fujisaki (Hiroyuki Yoshino) and several students in his high school form a "Sket Group" to solve any trouble in the student body. The "Kaimei Rock Festival" storyline is set during the school's live event of the same name. Gackt has voiced characters in other anime: New Fist of the North Star, Shiki, Supernatural the Animation ( STILL WAITING FOR GACKT AND J2 TO MEET DAMMIT), and Tono to Issho.
