話の軸は、如月　弦太郎が通う天ノ川学園高校での出来事

弦太郎は曲がった事が嫌いな不良　その為クラスメートから浮き気味な存在

ある時、謎の存在が生み出した、宇宙エネルギーにより怪物が発生

Proper translation, with some extra rumors by the same Yobuko:

By the end of the movie, OOO is fighting Gara's monster form. OOO is having trouble, a guy in a school uniform shows up and transforms.
OOO and Fouze manages to corner Gara, but she transforms into her complete form. Creates a space Yummy, Fouze and the Yummy goes out to space.

The story starts with an accident at Gentaro Kisaragi's school, Amanogawa Academy. Amanogawa can be translated as milky way.
Gentaro is somewhat of an deliquent, thus the other classmates tends to not socialize with him.

One day, a mysterious life form is born and causes monsters to be created from a space energy.

A classmate's dying father created the belt.

The producer is Tsukada. The writers are Riku Sanjo and someone experienced with Sentai but have never written for Kamen Rider.

Kamen Rider Fourze Episode 1 Rumors

Supposedly a summary of the first episode, by an anonymous poster.

Episode 1, "Him→Me→Switch→Transform":
Gentaro Kisaragi, a student in Amanogawa Academy High School's 2B, is suddenly attacked by his teacher who was covered in mysterious space energy.
He seems to be in an absolute pinch. But out of nowhere, the transfer student Kengo Kasei hands him some switches and a mysterious belt.

I'm not sure this is could be Fouze or Fourze?
Or maybe this is just a Fanarts?

Kamen Rider Fouze, Arms & Legs are like Rokets?

The usual 2ch "rumors". Take it as you will etc.

"My first impression was 'Explosive Ninja Rocketman' and white 'Skyzel'.
His arms and legs are like rockets.
It's mainly white, with some yellow lines.
There's definitely a space suit motif in there.
The design is really simplistic.
There's a '2' on the left and right side of the belt buckle.
His head is shaped like a bamboo shoot, it has a simple look.
Has the usual bug Rider eyes."
